Lowell Man Arrested for Assault After Extended Stay America Incident

Sunday, March 9

  • At 6:26 p.m. a caller reported she believes her locks were being tampered with at her Regis Road home. The caller said she believed it had to do with an outstanding restraining order.

  • At 1:53 a.m. a dispatch received a 911 call from a man reporting that he heard someone banging on his back door. Police checked the area but found nothing suspicious.
  • At 2:41 a.m. officers stopped a car on Whipple Road for an inspection violation. Alexis Noel Andino, 19, of 956 Middlesex Street, Lowell, was arrested for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
  • At 8:08 p.m. a 911 caller on Lucille Drive reported a 14-year-old boy who was intoxicated. The boy was transported to Saints Medical Center.
  • At 10:04 p.m. an employee from Extended Stay America reported a couple arguing in the lobby. Rodney Quinn Hoke, 33, of 50 Cork Street, Lowell, was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
