Man Allegedly Pushes Woman out of Tractor-Trailer

Car reported stolen, involved in accident on Livingston.

A Lowell man is facing a felony charge after allegedly shoving a woman out of the cab of a tractor-trailer in a parking lot off Route 38.

The incident took place Sunday just before 4 p.m. Police received a 911 call from a witness stating that the suspect had shoved the woman out of the truck and onto the ground.The caller said the man was trying to leave the area.

responded to the scene, stopped the truck from leaving and placed Cyle David Georgoulis under arrest. Georgoulis, 24, of 5 Oxford Road in Lowell, is charged with domestic assault and battery.

The victim excaped without serious injury.

Saturday, just after midnight, offers responded to a 911 call regarding a rollover accident at 286 Livingston. Officers found that not only was the driver of the vehicle not injured ... they weren't there. The vehicle was totally empty.

A short time later, a male party called police headquarters to report that his mother's car had been stolen from his friend's house on Lowe Street. The caller came to the scen and identified the car. He was then transported back to Lowe Street.

Warrant arrest

On Sunday, police executed a warrant and arrested Jose Elias Pagan, 33, at .

Pagan's residence is listed at 420 Broadway in Lowell.
