Man Attempts Highway Jump, Police Called to Motel Caswell

Saturday, August 4

12:09 a.m.: A 911 caller from the office at stated there was a male beating up a female outside one of the rooms on the property. All cars were sent and one was transported to Saints with an officer on board.

4:10 p.m.: Walking into the station, a male party reported that he was threatened in the parking lot. The reporting party is a corrections officer at Concord State prison and said a former inmate threatened him. A report was filed on the incident.

8:17 p.m.: At , a 911 caller reported that her intoxicated boyfriend kicked out a window on their rental van while they were on Route 495 and attempted to jump out. The caller pulled into the Mobil parking lot and wanted her boyfriend spoken to by police.

12:34 a.m.: Multiple 911 calls came in reported a motor vehicle accident into a tree on Rogers Street. No injuries occurred during the crash and a female party was transported to her home.

2:32 a.m.: An officer pulled over a drive on Boisvert Road for speeding and failure to stop. Matthew C. Roux, 32, of 6 Boisvert Road in Tewksbury, was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failing to stop for police, speeding and marked lanes violation.

4:24 a.m.: On Pleasant Street, police received a 911 call reporting that a motor vehicle has been parked in the road for 15 minutes, and the caller did not know if it was occupied. Officers arrested Frank Murray, 17, of 246 Mitchell G. Drive in Tewksbury, for operating under the influence of liquor and being a minor in possession of liquor.

4:27 p.m.: A female from Brown Street reported that she left her cell phone on the driveway and someone stole it.

8:25 p.m.: Police received a call for fireworks being set off on North Street. An officer was sent to the location and the party spoken to had no fireworks.
