Man Held Without Bail Following Motel 6 Stabbing
Cesar Abad, 36, was held without bail after allegedly stabbing a man Monday morning at Motel 6, according to the Lowell Sun.
A Tewksbury man was arraigned on attempted murder charges Monday after allegedly stabbing a man at Motel 6 early Monday morning, according to a report from the Lowell Sun.
Cesar Abad, 36, of 95 Main St. Apt. 118, allegedly tried to rob the victim, 43-year-old Ernesto Ramos, of $60, according to the Sun.
Ramos remained in critical condition at Tufts Medical Center on Monday, according to the Sun.
Abad, also charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and armed assault to rob, pleaded not guilty and was held without bail, according to the Sun.
Tewksbury Police received reports early Monday morning that a person had been stabbed at Motel 6 at 95 Main St.
Upon arrival at Motel 6, police were able to lock down the area and catch Abad shortly after.
