I have a neighbor who rents out a room in his house to a guy who had 2 DUI's urinates in public in front of my children. I told the local police department they tell me to take his picture, Really? He drives around town with an open can and a cooler in front .....license plate #FW311F. I didn't know drinking and driving and urinating in public in front of children was legal.

I feel as though everyone passes the buck, no one wants to do there job. The only time something gets done unfortunately is when someone gets hurt or killed, or sued. I'm a tax payer for billerica for the past 10 years. He isn't a tax payer..........
