Middlesex DA Looking to Identify Witness of Tewksbury 495 Crash

Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan is looking for help identifying a witness in a car crash on Route 495 south in Tewksbury .

Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan is looking for help identifying this person as a witness in a car crash on Route 495 south in Tewksbury at 9:30 a.m. on March 11.

It is believed that a vehicle involved in the crash exited the highway onto Woburn Street in Lowell, stopping at a nearby Dunkin' Donuts at 185 Woburn St., according to a release from the Middlesex County District Attorney. 

According to the release, another motorist, the individual in the dark-colored pickup truck pictured in the photos above, witnessed the crash and followed the first vehicle off the highway to the gas station.
Authorities are looking for this individual as a witness in a pending criminal case, according to the release.

The attached photos show the motorist’s dark colored pick up truck and the owner of that truck – the witness -- walking toward the damaged vehicle, according to the release.

The photos are stills from a video taken at approximately 9:45 a.m. on March 11, 2013 at the Gulf/Dunkin Donuts business, located at 185 Woburn StreetLowell, according to the release.
