Middlesex District Attorney Announces Three Grand Jury Indictments For Tewksbury Residents
The following information is provided by the Office of the Middlesex County District Attorney.
Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan announces the following Grand Jury indictments:
Cesar Abad, 37, of Tewksbury, was charged with armed assault to murder, armed assault to rob, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury. The Assistant District Attorney is Ryan Sullivan.
Lauren Miele, 29, of Tewksbury, was charged with indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14, dissemination of material harmful to minors, reckless endangerment of a child, and open and gross lewdness. The Assistant District Attorney is Megan Williams.

John Ryder, 36, of Tewksbury, was charged with rape of a child with force (three counts), subsequent offense, aggravated rape of a child (three counts), and indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14, subsequent offense (four counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Anne Paruti.
