The embarrassment of getting caught driving under the influence AND the embarrassment of getting caught being 49 years old on a moped! Priceless!

Unfortunately this man was only out of jail for 3 weeks and supposedly living in a "sober house". He is awaiting trial for motor vehicle homicide while driving under the influence for killing my cousin while he was crossing the street in Burlington last August. He was supposedly living in a sober house in East Boston. How is it this man has been indicted by a grand jury, yet is back on the streets drinking and driving with no court supervision. We were told he was in a sober house with daily substance abuse screening, yet the fact is he is out committing his third OUI. Where are the authorities that are supposed to be protecting the public from people like this.
