New Hampshire Man Charged With Assault to Rape

The following information was supplied by the Tewksbury Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

A clerk at Extended Stay America called 911 on Friday, Aug. 9, and said a woman had just been assaulted. 

Kevin Nabydoski, 31, of 71 Litchfield Circle, in an unlisted New Hampshire town, was arrested and charged with assault to rape, domestic assault and battery, and possession of Class B drugs.

Man Allegedly Threatens Woman With a Knife

A woman walked into the lobby on Friday, Aug. 9, at 1:03 a.m. to report that her boyfriend threatened to pull a knife on her and was waiting outside. 

Officers searched for the man and located him behind Bank of America. A Wilmington K-9 unit searched for the knife but could not locate it.

William C. Stella, 33, of 294 W. Wyoming Ave., Stoneham, was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.

Additional Incidents:

On Friday, Aug. 9, at 7:29 p.m. a Vernon Street caller said she let a man in her house to get out of the rain. When he left, he was seen leaving with electronic equipment.

On Friday, Aug. 9, at 10:35 p.m. police stopped a vehicle on Main Street for marked lanes violation. A Stoneham resident was taken into protective custody. In addition, police arrested Mark A. Lepore, 43, of 15 Anthony Road, Tewksbury, and charged him with operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation.

On Saturday, Aug. 10, at 2:05 a.m. police arrested Olushola Makinde, 32, of 124 Gershom Ave., Lowell, for operating under the influence of liquor.

On Saturday, Aug. 10, at 2:40 a.m. officers arrested Marc Draper, 35, of 260 East Street, Tewksbury, and charged him with operating under the influence of liquor.

On Saturday, Aug. 10, at 1:16 p.m. a woman came to the station to report that she witnessed a man abusing a dog in the parking lot of Pushcart.
