New Hampshire Man Facing Drug Charges Provides False Name

Monday, April 28

  • At 5:00 p.m. a 911 caller at Wynn Middle School reported a man having a heart attack. An ambulance was sent and the man was transported to Saints Medical Center.
  • At 9:07 p.m. State Police came to the station asking for assistance locating and arresting a man possibly staying at Caswell Motel. David Casella, 20, of 128 Trebble Cove Road, Billerica, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

  • At 5:14 p.m. police were off with a suspicious vehicle at McDonald’s on Andover Street. Officers arrested Aaron Sherman, 30, of 24 Brooke Street, Nashua, N.H., and charged him on an outstanding warrant, possession of Class A drugs, and an arrestee furnishing a false name or social security number. In addition, police arrested Randolph Bailey, 50, of 80 Farwell Road, Tyngsboro, and charged him with possession of Class A drugs.
  • At 5:50 p.m. a 911 caller reported a vehicle went off the road and into the woods on Whipple Road. The operator declined medical attention and a tow company was called.
  • At 5:55 p.m. a resident reported that his neighbor is taking video and photos of him and his wife.
  • At 7:17 p.m. a female caller reported that she is being cyber threatened by a classmate.
  • At 9:23 p.m. a caller from North Street said her vehicle had been stolen, but she learned it has been returned to her driveway. The caller is out of state, so police confirmed that the vehicle was indeed in the driveway.
