North Reading Man Charged With Domestic Assault and Battery

Thursday, July 10

  • At 6:25 a.m. a Market Basket caller told police a vehicle was left in the parking lot overnight and it appeared the vehicle was involved in an accident. The car was towed from the scene.

  • At 12:11 a.m. dispatch received a 911 call from a woman who said she was fighting with a man on Robert Circle. Police arrested Paul Rocco, 43, of 121 Elm Street, North Reading. Rocco was charged with domestic assault and battery.
  • At 1:00 a.m. a man walked into the station to report his 15-year-old granddaughter is missing.
  • At 7:07 a.m. a caller from Meadowlands Ice Cream reported that there were items moved around, but it didn’t appear anything had been stolen. Several items were strewn about the area.
