Phony Personal Care Assistant Robs Man

The following information was supplied by the Tewksbury Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

are searching for a woman claiming to be a personal care assistant (PCA), who allegedly robbed a man Friday night.

According to a Tewksbury Police report, dispatch received a call just after 6 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 30, from a man staying . He said that a woman knocked at his door and claimed to be his new PCA.

According to the man, once inside the room, the woman robbed him of his Oxycontin and a phone worth $600. No arrests have been made. This investigation is ongoing.

Arrests:

Crystal Gail Andrade, 29, 65 Huffington St., Lowell, was arrested on Tuesday, Jan. 3 on two outstanding warrants.

Stefanos Theofilou, 20, 32 Heritage Road, Billerica, was arrested on Monday, Jan. 2 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with revoked registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to yield.

Sheila M. Morris, 32, 555 South St., Tewksbury, was arrested on Saturday Dec. 31 and charged with violation of an abuse prevention order, malicious or wanton destruction of property and threatening to commit a crime.

Scott Farrell, 20, 750 Merrimack St., Apt. 14, Lowell, was arrested on Saturday, Dec. 31, and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and carrying a dangerous weapon.

Scott James Peters, 23, 112 Vale St., Tewksbury, was arrested on Friday, Dec. 30 and was charged with OUI-drugs, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.

Additional incidents:

On Monday, Jan. 2, there was a report of a breaking and entering into a residence on Cooney Road.

On Sunday, Jan. 1, there was a report of a breaking and entering into a residence on Chandler Street.
