Police Charge Lawrence Man for Possession to Distribute Drugs

The following information was supplied by the Tewksbury Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Detectives were off at Wal-Mart with a vehicle that showed up as suspicious on Monday, Aug. 5, at 8:54 p.m. 

Felix Concepcion, 32, of 105 Jackson Street, Lawrence, was arrested for subsequent offense of distributing Class B drugs, failure to stop for police and resisting arrest.

Two Women Arrested After Caswell Incident

Police received a call for a domestic incident in Room 241 of Caswell Motel on Wednesday, Aug. 7, at 6:28 p.m. 

Officers arrested Adrianna Turilli, 17, and Victoria Nickerson, 34, both of 450 Main Street, Apt. 241, Tewksbury. Both women were charged with assault and battery.

Additional Incidents:

On Sunday, Aug. 4, at 2:06 a.m. a resident from Whipple Road reported that a woman was banging on his door and telling him she just got into a motor vehicle accident. She said that she drove her vehicle off the road. Officers located the vehicle, which was rolled over in the area.

On Monday, Aug. 5, at 7:50 p.m. a coyote was reported walking down Pleasant Street.

On Tuesday, Aug. 6, at 9:12 a.m. a caller reported a “grumpy old man” out in front of Motel 6. A wrecker was requested to the scene and a vehicle was towed from the business.

On Tuesday, Aug. 6, at 1:30 p.m. a man came to the station to report that someone stole six fiberglass ladders on a truck parked on Old Main Street. This is part of ongoing incidents in the area.

On Wednesday, Aug. 7, at 9:41 p.m. a woman on Merrimack Meadows Lane reported that a group of five or six kids rang her doorbell and threw something at the house.
