Police Charge Man With Third Time OUI

A cruiser stopped a vehicle on Marston Street for marked lanes violation on Saturday, July 6, at 2:04 a.m. 

Thomas L. Fitzpatrick III, 48, of 15 Patten Road, Billerica, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, third offense, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, and marked lanes violation.

A car was stopped on the on ramp to I-495 for a revoked and expired registration on Thursday, July 4, at 1:27 a.m. 

Zachary Throwbridge, 24, of 108 Pearl Street, Enfield, Conn., was arrested and charged with possession of Class A drugs and possession of Class E drugs.

Additional Incidents:

On Thursday, July 4, at 9:44 p.m. a 911 caller from Macs Dairy Farm reported a man was trying to start a fight with her husband.

On Friday, July 5, at 9:50 a.m. police were called to Fantastic Sam’s on Main Street to check on an unwanted party who was threatening employees.

On Saturday, July 6, at 5:46 p.m. a Main Street caller reported a dog locked in a vehicle at Oakdale Liquors.

On Saturday, July 6, at 6:22 p.m. an employee at Macs Dairy Farm reported an unwanted person who has been in the parking lot for the last three hours after being asked several times to leave. Police spoke to the person in question.
