Police Log: An Arrest For Driving With a Revoked License, Road Rage Incident and More

The following information is an excerpt from the Tewksbury Police Department logs. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, Dec. 31

1:21 a.m. A caller at Tedeschi, 2280 Main St., reported a road rage incident in which a female followed the caller's vehicle for several minutes then got out and punched the window of the caller's vehicle. Responding officers spoke with the caller. Officers attempted to locate the female involved but were unable to locate her. 

10:11 a.m. An officer arrested a Metheun man at Walmart, 333 Main St., on charges including driving with a revoked license.

Elving M. Mercado, 98 Haverhill St., Metheun, was arrested for driving with a revoked license and operating a motor vehicle with no inspection sticker. 

6:51 p.m. A caller at Applebees, 85 Main St., reported a suspicious male asking people for money. An officer responded but the individual was no longer in the area.

7:27 p.m. A caller at 12 Wightman Road reported she had just had an argument with a female neighbor operating a silver Saturn. Officers responded and spoke with both parties involved. Jennifer Lyn Brown, 30 Wightman Road, Tewksbury was arrested on a warrant for operating uninsured motor vehicle with a suspended registration. 

11:07 p.m. Officers responded to TJ Callahan's Pub and placed a Wilmington resident and Woburn resident into protective custody for intoxication. 

11:53 p.m. A female caller on Patrick Road reported two unwanted, intoxicated parties at her home who were refusing to leave. Officers responded, but the two individuals were gone on arrival.
