Police Log: Five Arrests, Reports of a Stolen Credit Card and More

The following information is an excerpt from the Tewksbury Police Department logs. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.


Friday, Nov. 22

2:34 a.m. After a traffic stop at 365 Main St., officers arrested Nicole Alaine Arsenault, 2 Phyllis Drive, Burlington, on a warrant for an uninsured motor vehicle. 

6:54 p.m. Police stopped a vehicle with no plates at Hess Gas Station at 1910 Andover St. Officers arrested Daniel Boland, 456 Pine St., Manchester, NH, on two counts of possession of a Class C drug.

7:32 p.m. An individual came into the police station to report he left his credit card at Dunkin Donuts at 1699 Shawsheen St. where it was later used by someone else. An officer spoke with the individual who reported the credit card was actually used in North Reading. North Reading Police were notified. 

8:05 p.m. Officers stopped two suspicious vehicles at the Mobil station at 1785 Andover St. Two individuals were arrested.

James R. Dimare, 34 Pittsburgh Place, Nashua, NH, was arrested for possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug. 

Ryan P. Santos, 156 Thornton Ave., Lowell, was arrested for operating with a suspended license. 

8:34 p.m. Police received a call from the manager at Market Basket at 10 Main St. reporting an unwanted party begging for money in the parking lot. Officers determined the individual had three outstanding warrants.

Mariana T. Guicho, 20 Pearl Ave., Lawrence, was arrested on three outstanding warrants.
