Police Log: Three Reports of Car Break-Ins

The following is an excerpt from the Tewksbury Police Department logs. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Nov. 11

12:03 a.m. A resident of 1113 Whipple Rd. reported her door bell rang and she observed an unknown white substance on her vehicle. Officers checked the area but did not observe anyone suspicious. Extra patrols were made in the area throughout the night.

4:34 p.m. A caller reported a two car crash at 36 North St. at 50 East St. Two individuals involved in the crash refused treatment.

Tuesday, Nov. 12

1:21 a.m.- An officer reported a suspicious individual at 1416 Whipple Rd. at 3 Champion St. The Dracut resident's scooter was towed and he was placed in protective custody.

6:15 am. Police received a call from an individual at 79 Merrimack Meadows Lane reporting his vehicle was broken into overnight and some change was taken out of his vehicle. 

6:53 a.m. Police received a call from an individual a 250 Fiske St. reporting his vehicle was broken into overnight and a GPS and some change was taken.

7:53 a.m. An individual at 127 River Rd. reported his vehicle was broken into overnight and a tablet was taken out of it.
