The following is an excerpt from the log from Monday, June 25 to Wednesday, June 27.
Monday, June 25
7:54 p.m.: A male party came to the station and reported that he bought tickets to a sporting event on Craigslist and found out they were fraudulent.
7:58 p.m.: A 911 caller reported that a female party who was possibly intoxicated was about to drive with a small child from the Oakdale Mall. Police spoke to the driver, who as a medical condition.
Tuesday, June 26
12:50 p.m.: The District Manager of came to the station to report that sometime the previous night 50 units were broken into.
4:36 p.m.: In the parking lot of Stadium Plaza, callers reported a suspicious male who was approaching people in the parking lot. The parties were selling makeup but left the area after officers spoke to them about the correct procedure for selling in town.
5:05 p.m.: A Bradford Road resident came to the station and reported a past assault. The woman said she was assaulted by her ex-boyfriend during a child exchange. Police filed a report on the incident.
5:26 p.m.: State Police reported a stolen vehicle exiting from I-93. Officers stopped the vehicle on Patten and Claire Street and towed the car from the scene. Kelly Koch, 22, of 1 Berkshire Road in Chelmsford, was arrested for possession of a class A drug and receiving stolen property greater than $250.
7:45 p.m.: Officers received a call from on Main Street that a male party attempted to fill a fraudulent prescription. Jeffrey Gallardo, 31, of 31 Lantern Lane in Dracut, was charged with uttering a false prescription and obtaining drugs by fraud.
8:45 p.m.: After a traffic stop on Main Street at 495, , 20, of 3 Wendell Street, Apt. 2 in Lawrence, of possession to distribute cocaine and possession to distribute a class A drug.
Wednesday, June 27
12:10 a.m.: Police received a 911 hang up from Carnation Drive and upon call back an intoxicated party answered and requested police assistance. Officers arrived at the home and the party was spoken to.
6:06 a.m.: An officer stopped a moped on Main Street with no plates. The vehicle was towed and a citation was issued for the offense.
7:20 a.m.: Employees from Tewksbury Welding reported they have video of two people stealing scrap metal out of a dumpster.
