Tewksbury Brothers Arrested On Child Pornography Charges

Investigation spearheaded by Department of Homeland Security.

Tewksbury brothers are facing felony child pornography charges after being arrested on Dec. 20.

Steven M. Fierimonte, 43, and Robert C. Fierimonte, 50, were arrested by Tewksbury detectives at their residence at 100 Prospect Hill Drive.

Details regarding the case are limited, as the investigation is ongoing, according to Tewksbury Police Chief Timothy Sheehan.

Sheehan said agents from the Department of Homeland Security arrived at Tewksbury Police Headquarters the morning of Dec. 20 and informed him of an investigation involving the Fierimonte brothers and alleged involvement with child pornography.

Local and federal officers then went to the Prospect Hill Drive home at 12:30 p.m., and both Fierimonte's were arrested by Tewksbury Detectives. Computers, allegedly containing images of child pornography, were seized at the residence.

Robert Fierimonte is charged with possession of child pornography and concealing child pornography. His place of employment is listed as Winchester Hospital.

Steven Fieremonte is charged with using/consuming child pornography. Records indicate Steve Fierimonte works as a professor of mathematics at both Bunker Hill Community College in Charlestown and Mount Wachusett Community College in Gardner.

Both men were scheduled to be arraigned in Lowell District Court, according to Sheehan.
