Tewksbury Man Charged With Child Rape
A 29-year-old Tewksbury man has been charged on multiple counts of child rape, according to a report from the Lowell Sun.
A Tewksbury man has been charged on multiple counts of child rape, assault and battery of a child, aggravated rape and one count of an obscene matter to a minor, according to a report from the Lowell Sun.
Scott Brzezowski, 29, of 94 Pennacook Road, allegedly sexually abused and raped a 9-year-old girl multiple times, made the child view pornographic material with him and threatened to cut off her pinky finger if she told anyone, according to the Sun.
Bail was set at $100,000 cash, Brzezowski cannot use the internet, cannot have contact with with children under the age of 16, or with the victim or her family, according to the Sun.
Brzezowski is allowed supervised visits with his 8-year-old son, according the Sun.
