Tewksbury Man Charged With Third Offense Shoplifting in Burlington
The alleged incident took place on Monday at Macy's in the Burlington Mall.
Burlington Police arrested a Tewksbury man, charging him as a repeat shoplifter.
According to the Burlington police log, Macy's loss prevention reported they had a man detained for shoplifting on Monday, June 16, at 7:38 p.m.
When Burlington Police responded to the mall, they arrested Jason M. Ventolieri, 37, of 25 Martin Road, Tewksbury.
Following his arrest, Ventolieri was charged with third offense shoplifting by concealing merchandise.
