Tewksbury Police Arrest Four on Drug Charges at Motel 6

The following information is provided by the Tewksbury Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.


Tewksbury Police arrested four individuals Thursday at Motel 6 after officers observed the four conducting a drug transaction in the parking lot.

Maximo Pena, 29, of 76 Wyman St. Apt. 1, Boston and Fabian Gonzalez, 22, of 17 Wardman Rd. Apt. 6, Roxbury were arrested for distribution of heroin, possession with the intent to distribute cocaine and conspiracy. 

Tewksbury Police also arrested Stephen Tabaldi, 33, of 3 Benson Way, Burlington and Danielle Phelan, 25, of 150 2nd Ave. Apt. 208, Charlestown, for possession of heroin and conspiracy.

Tewksbury Detectives made the arrest after conducting surveillance at the Motel 6.  The four suspects were observed conducting a drug transaction in the parking lot prior to the arrest.  

All of the suspects are due to be arraigned in Lowell District Court on Friday.
