Tewksbury Police arrested two men on Friday after witnessing an alleged drug deal on Andover Street.

Police Chief Timothy Sheehan said detectives watched the drug transaction, which led to the seizure of oxycodone pills.

Following the incident, officers arrested Arthur Voutselas, 22, of 25 Robsinson Road, Nashua, N.H., and charged him with distribution of a Class B substance.

In addition, Philip Demeris, 30, of 38 Graniteville Road, Chelmsford, was taken into custody and also charged with possession of a Class B substance for the oxycodone pills.

Demeris and Vouteselas are each scheduled to be arraigned in Lowell District Court on Monday.

I guess drug dealers don't read the patch.... If they did, they would realize that if you come to Tewksbury it is not going to end well for you... Go someplace else losers..
