Tewksbury Police Arrest Two For Heroin Distribution on Andover Street
The following information is provided by the Tewksbury Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Tewksbury Police arrested a Tewksbury man and Lawrence man on Wednesday on Andover Street residence after allegedly observed the two selling heroin.
Jessie Bionelli, 25, of 1392 Andover St., Tewksbury and Juan Ramon De La Cruz, 43, of 280 Lawrence St. Apt. 1, Lawrence for distribution of heroin, possession with the intent to distribute heroin and conspiracy.
Tewksbury Detectives observed Bionelli and Da La Cruz allegedly selling heroin at 1392 Andover Street and arrested both suspects.

Both were due to be arraigned in Lowell District Court on Thursday.
