Three Residents Arrested For Assault; Car Breaks Investigated
The following information was supplied by Tewksbury Police. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Three residents were arrested for assault and battery in separate incidents over the Thanksgiving Weekend.
On Saturday, Nov. 24, a woman called police at 1 a.m. and said she'd received a call from the victim of an assault. Based on information provided by the caller, police went to an address on Trull Brook Lane. After an investigation, Michael Fitzpatrick, 43, 53 Trull Brook Lane, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
On Saturday, Nov. 24 at 1:10 a.m., police received a 911 call regarding a disturbance between a man and two women. Officers responded an, after an investigation, arrested Robert Tambone, 21, 31 Debra Drive, Tewksbury. He was charged with two counts of assault and battery.

On Friday, Nov. 23, police received a call at 10:21 from a person reporting he was engaged in an altercation with another individual. Officers responded and, after an investigation, arrested Richard S. Deveer, 39, 106 Heritage Drive, Tewksbury. He was charged with assault and battery.

On Friday, Nov. 23, a Tewksbury Police officer stopped a vehicle near Tewksbury High School because he had witnessed an occupant of the car throwing fireworks out the window of the moving vehicle. Paul C. Pappalardo, 25, 238 Salem Road, Tewksbury, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Additional arrests:
Patrick Hurley, 27, 68 Pleasant St., Apt. 2, Stoneham, was arrested on Nov. 20 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (3rd or subsequent offense).
Corrinne E. Solkovitz, 31, 95 Main St., Apt. 135, was arrested on Nov. 24 on a warrant.
Elizabeth A. Boulier, 23, 1910 Andover St., was arrested on Nov. 23 on a warrant.
Charles R. Hynes, 53, 17 Court St., Boston, was arrested on Nov. 23 on a warrant.
Additional incidents:
On Tuesday, Nov. 20, a Hodgson Street resident called police to complain that his neighbor had gotten new spotlights and that these spotlights were aimed at his house. He asked for an officer to come to the address and observe the situation. A report was filed.
On Nov. 20 at 8:46 a.m., a Rodgers Street resident called police to report malicious destruction to a vehicle overnight.
On Nov. 20 at 10:07 a.m., Officer Jennie Welch went to check on some suspicious bones found in the area of the Livingston Street fields. She retrieved the bones and filed a report.
On Nov. 20 at 11:58 a.m., a Rosemary Road resident called to report there were two vehicles broken into at their address some time overnight.
On Monday, Nov. 19, at 4:44 p.m., a William G Drive resident called police to report a beak in at his home that took place some time while he and his wife were at work.
On Friday, Nov. 23, at 8:28 p.m., a Catherwood Road resident came into the police station and reported that his van had been broken into some time after 3 p.m. while it was parked in the driveway.
On Nov. 23 at 8:43 a.m., a Rogers Street resident called police to report a vehicle break-in.
On Nov. 23, at 1:15 a.m., a Dairy Farm Way resident called police to report that two vehicles had been broken into on their property.
On Thursday, Nov. 22, at 8:52 p.m., an Evergreen Road resident called police to report a vehicle break-in.
On Thursday, Nov. 22, at 10:14 p.m., an Astle Road resident called police to report a vehicle break-in.
On Wednesday, Nov. 21, a John Street resident called police to report a burglary at his home.
