Three Women Arrested for Prostitution at Tewksbury Hotels
The women taken into custody are from New Hampshire, Maine and Connecticut.
Tewksbury Police arrested three out of state women on Tuesday after conducting a prostitution sting at two hotels in town.
Police Chief Timothy Sheehan said in a press release that Megan Sullivan-Albee, 24, of 17 First Street, Apt. 13, Bangor, Maine, was arrested at the Holiday inn and charged with sexual conduct for a fee.
Megan Horsfield, 24, of 43 Walnut Street, Manchester, N.H., was also taken into custody at the Holiday Inn.
Horsfield was charged with sexual conduct for a fee, possession of heroin, possession of crack cocaine. The New Hampshire resident also had two outstanding warrants.
The third woman arrested in the sting was Violet Harris, 20, of 28 Magnolia Street, third floor, Hartford, Conn. She was taken into custody at the Fairfield Inn.
All three women were scheduled to be arraigned in Lowell District Court on Wednesday.
