Woman Calls 911, Arrested on Six Outstanding Warrants
The following information was supplied by the Tewksbury Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
A 911 caller told police that she required their assistance at Motel Caswell on Wednesday, Aug. 21, at 11:22 p.m.
When officers arrived they found that the woman had six warrants for her arrest. She was transported to a nearby hospital.
Kasey Marie Poaletta, 23, of 450 Main Street, Tewksbury, was arrested on warrants for possession of Class E drugs, possession of Class B drugs, possession to distribute Class A and B drugs in a school, larceny, sex for a fee and common nightwalker.

Lowell Driver Arrested for Disturbing the Peace
On Wednesday, Aug. 21, at 6:56 p.m. officers stopped a vehicle for marked lanes violation and operating negligently. Jeanpierre Pena, 23, of 14 Methuen Street, Lowell, was arrested and charged with reckless operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, and disturbing the peace.

Additional Incidents:
On Sunday, Aug. 18, multiple 911 callers reported a possible fire in the basement of an Old Main Street home. Full response was sent but the fire was out upon arrival.
On Monday, Aug. 19, at 10:20 p.m. the K-9 unit reported a few juveniles running through the woods on Livingston Street. The juveniles were located and had been at a house party. There were no issues.
On Tuesday, Aug. 20, at 8:39 p.m. Tewksbury State Hospital campus police reported a heavily intoxicated person in an AA meeting. A Tewksbury woman was taken into police custody.
On Tuesday, Aug. 20, at 11:07 p.m. a 911 caller from Motel 6 reported a man in the bathroom who possibly overdosed. The man was transported to a nearby hospital.
