Female Says Man Pleasured Himself at Carwash

A female reported on Monday, July 15, at 5:23 p.m. that while at Tidal Wave Car Wash on Main Street a vehicle was occupied with a man parked in the rear of the building near the fence and bushes. 

The female said the man was laying down in his seat and would slowly creep up and blow her kisses and wink.

She believes the man was pleasuring himself while watching her and said this is the second time this has happened in two weeks. Officers reported that the vehicle was gone on arrival.

Officers stopped a vehicle on Andover Street near Mobil on the Run for suspicious activity on Monday, July 15, at 1:26 p.m. 

David V. Palmegiano, 38, of 3 Ledge Road, Atikinson, N.H., was arrested for possession of Class A drugs and conspiracy to violate drug laws. 

Jeffrey A. Melo, 33, of 140 Amesbury Street, Lawrence, was arrested for distributing Class A drugs, trafficking heroin/morphine/opium, possession to distribute Class B drugs and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

Additional Incidents:

On Sunday, July 14, at 1:05 p.m. a car was stopped on Andover Street. Jonathan Clark, 41, of 18A C Street Apt. 18A, Nashua, N.H., was arrested for distributing Class A drugs and conspiracy to violate drug laws. Shawn Desjardins, 34, of 31 Pagehill Road, Goffstown, N.H., was arrested on an outstanding warrant and also charged with possession of Class A drugs and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

On Sunday, July 14, at 9:38 p.m. a resident on Glenwood Road reported that someone shot fireworks into his air conditioner while it was in the window.

On Monday, July 15, at 12:30 a.m. a 911 call came in for an armed robbery at Shell on Main Street. The caller said a white man about 300 pounds wearing a black bandana, sunglasses and a black t-shirt came into the gas station and showed a knife before leaving the scene in a white KIA.
