Duff Wins Democratic Primary For Governor's Council
Eileen Duff will go on to November General Election.
Eileen Duff has won the Democratic Primary in the race for a seat on the Governr's Council. Duff won a four-way race over Donald Bumiller, David Epply and George O'Brine to secure a spot in the November General Election against Republican Maura Ciardiello.
