Selectmen to Meet With Several Businesses During Tuesday Meeting

Agenda items include an entertainment license hearing for Cafe Sicilia.

Multiple Tewksbury businesses are scheduled to be before the Board of Selectmen during Tuesday's meeting, which begins at 7 p.m. at 464 Main Street.

The meeting begins as representatives of Wally's Auto World take part in a hearing for non-renewal of license. After that meeting, which is only expected to take about five minutes, board members will hold a Class II hearing with Action Rentals, Inc., which does business as U-Save Car Sales.

The third business on the agenda is Cafe Sicilia, which is before the board for an entertainment license hearing. The final business set to meet with selectmen comes after that at about 7:30 p.m. when the Residence Inn will discuss a change of manager.

Also on the agenda are several pieces of new business. Among them are requests to organize Run A Pleasant Mile Road Race and Murph's Fun Run.

Later in the meeting, the Town Manager will discuss the town's capital improvement plan, water rates, and appointments.
