Library Book Club: On Tuesday, October 18 at 6:30pm, the library’s book club will discuss “The Lace Reader” by Brunonia Barry. Books are available at the Circulation Desk. No registration required.
Paranormal Talk: On Wednesday, October 19 at 6:30pm, join Ron Kolek and Maureen Wood – founders of the New England Ghost Project – as they reveal the gory details of some of the most interesting cases ripped from the pages of their latest book, The Ghost Chronicles. Must-See Movie Matinee: On Saturday, October 22 at 2:00pm, watch one of Hollywood’s hottest DVD releases – “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.” No registration required.
Best-Selling Author Visit: On Tuesday, October 25 at 6:30pm, New York Times Best-Selling Author Brunonia Barry will discuss her latest work – The Map of True Places. A book selling and signing will follow the talk. Registration required.
Paranormal Talk: On Wednesday, October 26 at 6:30pm, join Dan Gordon – author of Haunted Baseball and Field of Screams – as he discusses the relationship between the paranormal and baseball, including his interviews with past and present Red Sox greats. Registration strongly recommended.

Cooking Event: On Wednesday, November 2 at 6:30pm, participate in the library’s first annual Thanksgiving Community Recipe Swap. Bring your favourite Thanksgiving dish, bring copies of the recipe, and bring your appetite as you’ll be able to sample the dishes of others. Registration required by Monday, October 31.
