Monika Hyberts of Tewksbury Named to Dean's List at the University of Vermont

Monika M. Hyberts, of Tewksbury, MA has been named to the dean's list for the fall 2012 semester at the University of Vermont. Hyberts is a first-year Environmental Sciences major in the College of Arts & Sciences.

To be named to the dean's lists, students must have a grade-point average of 3.0 or better and rank in the top 20 percent of their class in their respective college or school.

Tewksbury Resident Andrea Caprio Named to Worcester Polytechnic Institute's Fall 2012 Dean's List

Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) has announced that Andrea Caprio of Tewksbury, Mass., a sophomore majoring in civil engineering, was named to the university's Dean's List for academic excellence for the fall 2012 semester.

A total of 1,337 undergraduate students achieved the criteria required for WPI's fall 2012 Dean's List. The criteria for the WPI Dean's List differ from that of most other universities as WPI does not compute a grade point average (GPA). Instead, WPI defines the Dean's List by the amount of work completed at the A level in courses and projects.

Area students named to UMass Dartmouth Fall 2012 Chancellor's List

The following UMass Dartmouth students have been named to the Chancellor's List in recognition of earning a fall semester grade point average of 3.8 or higher of a possible 4.0:

NECC Students Named to Fall Dean’s List

Dr. William Heineman, vice president of academic affairs, Northern Essex Community College, is pleased to announce the appointment of students to the Dean’s List for the Fall 2012 term.

To be included, students must attain a grade point average of 3.3 or higher within the term, carry six or more credits within the term, and be matriculated in a degree program.
