Scholarships Available for Former Dewing School Students
Two Loella F. Dewing scholarships are available for $250 each.
The educational journey has to start somewhere. And one group is looking to reward students whose journey included an early start at one Tewksbury school.
The Dewing Parent Advisory Committee is offering two scholarships for students entering college who attended Dewing School during their elementary school years.
While students had to attend the Tewksbury school as young students, applicants won't be limited to Tewksbury Memorial High School students.
In order to receive one of the two $250 Loella F. Dewing Scholarships, applicants from any public, charter, or private high school who attended Dewing School can email lfdewingpac@gmail.com and request an application.
Students are asked to send their name, year(s) of attendance at the Dewing, high school GPA, college and intended major with your inquiry. The application deadline is April 27, 2014.
