Tewksbury School Committee is set to discuss the possibility of a grant funding opportunity for full day kindergarten at their Tuesday meeting.
School Committee will meet at 6 p.m. at Tewksbury Memorial High School, with the second item on the agenda being the full day kindergarten grant opportunity.
According to the Tewksbury Town Crier, Tewksbury parents currently pay $4,000 per child for full day kindergarten.
In comparison, Andover charges $4,650 per child while Wilmington offers free full day kindergarten, according to the Town Crier.
