Tewksbury Memorial High School Robotics Club Recognized by School Committee

The TMHS Robotics Club recently placed twelfth out of over 50 teams at a robotics competition at Boston University.

At Wednesday night's School Committee meeting, the Tewksbury Memorial High School Robotics Club was recognized by the board, and gave a brief demonstration of their frisbee-throwing robot.

Although the robot did not throw any frisbees during the Wednesday night demonstration, the robot is capable of shooting frisbees at different distances, has six air tanks for the pistons used to shoot the frisbees and a ram that pushes up the frisbees into the shooter.
