Community Update

I've recently brought my close to new 2012 car with 20,000 miles on it, the next day my car was idling extremely rough shaking the car..I called them to fix the problem and the manager told me if his mechanic couldn't look at the car I was "on my own"

I took it to the Nissan Dealership because I didn't trust the Sooner Lube "mechanic" and it being my car I should be able to take it to be looked at anywhere I want. The Dealership told me the Mass Airflow Sensor got debris inside it..most likely from the oil change service I got at Sooner Lube the day before as they try to "service my airfilter"

After alot of frustration back and forth with the manager I had my mother call him..hoping to reason with him..We were looking for the money it would cost to replace the Mass Airflow Sensor and I already tried to take it upon myself to get it fixed by the Nissan Technicians as they tried cleaning it out but recommended replacing it to ensure a quality fix and the reliability of my car

The manager hung up on me multiple times and hung up on my mother as well...extremely rude behavior for a manager to do..it definitely shows the type of shady people that work here

Finally he agreed to have his insurance company come out and look at my car...we will see what happens..If you want my advice stay away from Sooner Lube...they will not take responsibility and own up to their mistakes...They will also be extremely combative and rude to their own customers
