National Associaton of Letter Carriers FOOD DRIVE
When/Where: Saturday, May 12, All over Tewksbury
Why Go: This isn's so much a "go" as a "participate." Please leave a bag of non perishables at your mail box and the Tewksbury carriers will pick up your donation and they will deliver the food to our local Food Pantry. The Food Pantry needs our help! Please help us fill their shelves! There are so many members of our community that need this assistance!

Tribute to Rod Stewart Evening
When/Where: Saturday, May 12, 8 p.m., 175 Chandler St.
Why Go: If you love classic Rock n Roll, this will be a fun show for you, as Rick Larrimore will be appearing at the Tewksbury Senior Center performing his “Tribute to Rod Stewart”. As an added feature Lee Lewis and the Doo Wop Allstars will also be on hand for even more entertainment.

Multi-family Yard Sale - Entire Complex!
When/Where: Saturday, May 12, 8:00 am to Noon, 1-90 Quail Run, Tewksbury
Why Go: Large multi-family garage sale in large condominium complex. Many families participating offering an assortment of items including household items, outdoor items, jewelry, electronics, kids/childrens items, sports items, and more. Located in Patten Green Condominiums off of North Street. Be sure to drive in through the whole complex to visit all of the different garage sales.

Styrofoam Recycling Event
When/Where: Saturday, May 12, 2012, 9:00 am to 1 p.m., 300 Chandler St, Tewksbury
Why Go: Tell me you won't feel better about yourself if you participate in an event to help the environment. The Tewksbury Recycling Committee is sponsoring a one day collection event. ReFoamIt will be on hand to collect and recycle Styrofoam. Large packing styrofoam as well as clean #6 food packaging stryofoam and coffee cups are included. For details on ReFoamIt and what can and cannot be collected please go to www.refoamit.com The event is open to all, non-residents are welcome!

Tewksbury Challenger Baseball
When/Where: Sunday, May 13, 2012, 12:00 pm, 321 East St.
Why Go: I encourage folks to attend these games each year. If you love baseball and sportsmanship and you long to see the pure joy of participation on the faces of young athletes, take the time to stop by and watch some of these games. It will restore your faith in the best that sports can be.
