Weekend Planner: A Summer Reading Club Party, Friday Night Flicks and More

Each Thursday, we're going to take a look at weekend events coming up in and around Tewksbury. Did we miss an event? Post it on Patch here, and we'll be sure to include it on our list.  

Friday, Aug. 9
It's a Summer Reading Club part at the Tewksbury Public Library! Stop by the library at 1:30 p.m. and celebrate your summer of reading with a party including face painting, a bouncy house, popcorn and more!
Friday Night Flicks at the library, this week featuring "Oblivion," kicks off at 8 p.m. at the Tewksbury Public Library. A free meal will also be provided. You can register here.
Sunday, Aug. 11Love yard sales? Enjoy indulging in tasty treats? Come on by Wamesit Assembly's indoor yard/bake sale on Sunday, Aug. 11 at 70 Victor Drive in Tewksbury. All proceeds will benefit the non-profit youth group Wamesit Assembly. 

Check out Creative Art Sessions in the Green Room at the Tewksbury Hospital at 1 p.m. and work in a creative workspace on your current projects or together with other artists with plenty of space to spread out.
