I am torn with this place because it seems like hit or miss. Sometimes the service here can be great and sometimes it can be to the point of having to talk to the manager. The food is always great though and leave me coming back.
The service has gotten so much better at this location. My wife and I were regular customers at the Piccadilly Pub in Tewksbury and were so happy to see a few of the employees from the Pic are now employed at Cracker Barrel A++ the food there is awesome too!!
