We have been loyal patrons of Long's since it opened. The food is fantasic! Everything is always fresh and made to order. Long will modify his menu as requested. Definately my first and only choice for Chinese Food in Tewksbury!!! He has always been interested in ALL feedback I have given through the years! Which has been 99% positive, when I did have an issue with personnel, he was quick to apologize and take corrective action. Very Happy with the FOOD !!! :)

I have been going to Long's for nearly a decade. Always enjoyed it. Lately I feel the quality is slipping. Last week the man at the desk got my order wrong and then blamed my wife. He had three things wrong, including giving us sweet and sour chicken without the chicken! His attitude was poor. I have heard from many others about this guy. Will not go as often and certainly will not tell others about it like I did for years.
I moved to Tewksbury about 8 months ago and have been to Long's about 3 times. I love that the food is fresh. You can see them cooking and the veggies have a fresh look and taste to them. I'm happy to have a yummy Chinese restaurant in the neighborhood.
Like the food, but will not be going there again until the rude fat guy gets fired.
