Pizza is terrible! wraps and pockets are pretty good.

In terms of the owners, these are basically still the same owners. Everything is still run the same way and by the same family. It's sad to hear the ingredient quality has gone down from bad to worse. Rumor has it they are quite aware of their own issues and have been for some time, hence the "Under New Owners" play-on-words. I don't know what it will take for them to clean up their act, but I fear yet another vacant shop in town-a family-owned shop at that. Truly sad.

The worst pizza joint I've ever encountered. I've spread it by word of mouth and now here, the rudeness and vulgarity is over the top. I moved to Tewksbury a little over a year ago, and tried ordering pizza on 3 different occasions. The first time went smoothly I guess. The man taking the order was rude, but we got our pizza just fine. It wasn't bad for a fake, greasy pizza. For a quality ingredient pizza lover, a fake greasy pizza can be just as good every once in a while. The second time didn't go a smoothly. The man told me he could not deliver any pizzas and hung up on me. I called back, and asked if I could place an order anyway for pick-up. He used vulgarity and hung up again. I swore I would never order here again, but decided to give them one last chance. The last and final order was a few months ago, and I'm still waiting for my pizza...

Spend the extra cash and call Papa Gino's for delivery. Tewksbury certainly lacks in the delivery dept., but makes up in other more important areas like the library!

Had their pizza last night; and it was not as good as the old owner's pizza. Did not taste like good quality cheeze and to confirm that their onion rings were just batter with a small sliver of onion in them. They are clearly buying lower quality, inexpensive product. Probably why they can sell their pizzas cheap during football games and after high demand hours. Sad to see a small family owned pizzaria become a typical "better than Boston" shop.

BRAND NEW OWNERS.. I AGREE LAST OWNERS WERE VERY RUDE. HOURS WERE TERRIBLE AND FOOD WAS GROSS.. I AM VERY FAMILIAR WITH THE NEW OWNERS AS I NORMALLY ORDERED FROM THERE OTHER STORE PIZZA MIA IN BILLERICA. EASILY THE BEST PIZZA IN TOWN.
