Our cakes do not have to be shipped with ice packs during the months of November-March. You did have the option to purchase the thermal box at checkout which you opted not to do. You called here yelling and screaming and swearing at my staff and myself. You are the one that left 46 harassing Facebook messages and threatening voicemails. I spoke with the BBB today and they have resolved this matter in our favor.
