My spring allergies are strangely much better down South than in PA. Zyrtec works great for me whenRead More I actually need it. The itchy throat is the worst!

I happen to have allergies all year long and it's a real bummer to have this happening to me too asRead More one of my worst ones is everyday common housedust. Just started to use (as of today) something known as Xler which can be purchased at any Vitamin Shoppe location for $13.49 (before any discount using their discount card); it's been worth it as my sneezing is 100% gone and I'm breahting freely thru my nose once more. The person who suggested that I try it is a family member who lives elsewhere to try it as she uses it too for her own allergy problems

We held a MORP....the opposite of a prom, for the 9th and 10th grade. Students could wear theirRead More pajamas, eat junk food, and enjoyed the "cheetos bar". Lots of dancing and fun...and the students felt special. Lots of advertising to pump this up.
