Woman Arrested For Assault With A Butter Knife

On Friday, at around 7:15 a.m., Tewksbury Police received a 911 call from the Marriott Residence Inn reporting that a female had been assaulted with a butter knife. Officers responded to the scene and, after an investigation, arrested Donne Denny, 62, 6250 Wade-Stedman Road, Wade, NC. Denny was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Resident allegedly exposes himself (Sept. 22) Thursday, at around 4:16 p.m., police received a call from a resident of Royal Crest Circle, who reported that her neighbor had exposed himself to her. B&E, Fight Land Billerica Man in Jail

A 21-year-old Billerica man is facing multiple charges after allegedly breaking into a pair of vehicles and being involved in a physical altercation on Thursday. Jeremy Beals, of 8 Arakalian Drive, is charged with two counts of breaking and entering into a vehicle with the intent of committing a felony and four counts of larceny under $250. The arrest came Thursday, just after 9 p.m., following several 911 calls reporting a white van with a suspect that had been breaking into a vehicle in the area. Another 911 call came in shortly after, reporting a fight at the intersection of Pond and Saville Streets. UPDATED: Burglary Suspect Linked to Six Breaks in Two Towns

Homeowner calls police after coming face to face with man in her home.

UPDATED 6:30 p.m. Face-to-face with an unwanted visitor in her home, a John Street resident didn't panic, she called 911. As a result, a string of burglaries spanning at least two communities may have been solved. Tewksbury Police arrested Edward James Flynn, 48, of Lowell, shortly after he broke into a home at 161 John Street at around 9:30 a.m. Monday. Officers responded to a 911 call from the homeowner, who gave a detailed description of the man, standing in her home. According to the police report, he was described as being in his 40s, 5-11, wearing eye glasses, a blue baseball cap, a flannel shirt and dungarees.
