Bernardine C. “Bunny” (Babine) Walsh, L.P.N., age 77, died peacefully Sunday morning, Dec. 23, at her North Salem, NH home, surrounded by her beloved family after a lengthy and courageous battle with lung disease. She was the beloved wife of Thomas M. Walsh Sr., with whom she celebrated a 57th wedding anniversary this past January 14th. Bunny was born in Malden, October 1, 1935, one of two daughters of the late Jeffrey and Catherine (Galvin) Babine, and was raised in Malden and Arlington. She raised her family in Tewksbury, where she resided for 38 years, before retiring to No. Salem 16 years ago. When her family had grown and entered school, Bunny enrolled and earned her nursing degree at the Tewksbury Hospital School of Nursing. She …
