It's not exactly Christmas but for Loretta Ryan and Beth McFadyen, it's pretty close. On Saturday, Sept. 22, Ryan and McFadyen, along with a team of volunteers and representatives from more than a dozen non-profit organizations will be at the Wynn Middle School, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for Tewksbury's 4th Annual Zero Waste Day. Agree! I have been saving up items waiting for this day. My favorite donation charity is the Wish Project but I can't seem to ever get there when they are open. I love how this event has people who take electronics, old tires, furniture, baby items, furniture, bikes, etc. I am already noting what I missed to donate at the next event!   more ›
