Third Suspect Arrested In Connection With Van Buren Road Burglary

First two suspects had been arrested over the weekend.

Call it a clean sweep. On Tuesday, March 19, Tewksbury Police tracked down and arrested a third suspect in connection with a house break on Van Buren Road last week. Michael Codner, 26, of 34 Cinnamon Circle, Tewksbury was arrested on Rt. 28 in Lawrence.  He was charged with breaking and entering, larceny over $250, and conspiracy. In addition, Codner had an outstanding warrant out of Lawrence District Court for driving with a suspended license and receiving a stolen motor vehicle.  On Saturday, March 16, police had arrested Ryan Codner, of 34 Cinnamon Circle and Kayla Freda of Stoneham in connection with the Van Buren Road burglary. Two Arrested, Third Suspect Sought In Friday Burglary

Police seek public help in tracking third suspect.

Two suspects have been arrested and a third is being sought in connection with the burglary of a Van Buren Road Home on March 15. One of the suspects has become very familiar to Tewksbury Police over the past several months. Ryan Codner, 21, of 34 Cinnamon Circle, was arrested on Saturday, along with Kayla Freda, 18, of 8 Rose Lane Stoneham. According to Tewksbury Police, Codner is charged with breaking and entering, larceny over $250, and conspiracy. Freda is charged with receiving stolen property over $250. Codner has been arrested three times in the past five months on charges related to burglaries. The first time was in the fall and the most recent was earlier this month. Tewksbury Trio Charged In Connection To Rash of Burglaries

Police believe the trio was involved in at least four recent house breaks.

Tewksbury Police believe they have cracked a recent rash of home burglaries with the arrests of three local residents. William Medugno, 23, of 18 Pringle St, Tewksbury, Ryan Codner, 21, of 34 Cinnamon Cir, Tewksbury, and Catherine Bradley, 22, of 260 Pine Street, Tewksbury were all arrested on March 7 in connection with two burglaries on Pike Street, one on McNeil Way, one on Astle Street and another on Catherwood Road. According to Tewksbury Police Chief Timothy Sheehan, Medugno is charged with four counts of breaking and entering, attempted breaking and entering, three counts of larceny over $250, and conspiracy. Pair Arrested In Connection With Burglary Of Grieving Family's Home

Home broken into while family was at wake.

A Billerica man and a Tewksbury woman have been arrested and charged in connection with the burglary of the home of a grieving family. Michael Shannon, 19, of 33 Devonshire Drive, Billerica and Julia Didonato, 20, of 15 Oakland Ave, Tewksbury are each charged with receiving stolen property with a value in excess of $250. They are charged in connection with a burglary that took place on Dec. 12 at 117 Elm St., Tewksbury. The home is the residence of the Fleury family and the crime took place while the family was attending the wake for Wayne Fleury. Two Men Arrested For Breaking Into Home Of Their Neighbor

House break took place last week.

Officers from the Tewksbury Police Department have arrested two men for allegedly breaking into the home of a neighbor on Cinnamon Circle last week. Cory Sullivan, 22, of 39 Cinnamon Circle and Ryan Codner, 21, of 34 Cinnamon Circle have both been charged with charged with Breaking and Entering in the Daytime for a Felony, Larceny over $250, and Conspiracy.  Details are limited, but according to a police report, the break-in took place at 8 Cinnamon Circle on Jan. 22. Police say jewelry stolen during he housebreaks was recovered during the course of their investigation. And all i get was we will back to yea about that information. Month later still no interest from the Tewksbury finest. They just wanted to know about the case I spoke to them about. B&E Arrest, Fire Damages Barn At Krochmal Farm

Quick response by the Tewksbury Fire Department limited the damage from a fire that broke out in a barn at Krochmal Farms on Tuesday afternoon. The call came in around 3:15 p.m., reporting a working fire inside the barn, located off South Street. Firefighters had to run a hose from South Street but still managed to contain the fire from breaching the walls or roof of the barn, which was not being used to house animals at the time. Damage estimates and a cause of the fire were not immediately known. No injuries were reported. There have been some odd things stolen in Tewksbury in recent years but this might top the list. On Tuesday, Jan. 22, at around 11:23 a.m.,, a man walked into Police Headquarters and reported that T.J. Callahan's Pub had been the victim of a robbery. According to the man, someone had broken some locks at the pub and had stolen ... old grease. Officer Arthur Piccolo talked to the man and a report on the theft was filed. Arrests: James Robert Tambone, 21, 31 Debra Drive, Tewksbury, was arrested on Jan. 22 and charged with domestic assault and battery. Alert Homeowner Helps Police Nab B&E Suspect

A Tewksbury homeowner spotted a man allegedly breaking into his vehicle and his sharp eyes and detailed description helped police quickly track down the suspect. According to a Tewksbury Police report, the Chandler Street resident called dispatch at 7:43 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 19, to report that a man had just broken into both of his vehicles while they were parked in his driveway. The man described the suspect as white, around 25, wearing a gray sweatshirt. He said the man escaped in a late 80s or early 90s grey/silver Pontiac Grand Am heading toward Pine Street. Family Robbed During Father's Wake, TJ Callahan's To Help Out

A Tewksbury family, already reeling from the untimely death of their husband and father, received another jolt when they returned home after his wake Tuesday night. Their home had been burglarized. Tewksbury Police are investigating the break-in at 117 Elm St., a home Wayne Fleury had shared with his wife Laura and their children. Wayne, 48, died on Dec. 7, just three weeks after being diagnosed with colon cancer. The wake, attended by hundreds of mourners, took place Tuesday evening at the Tewksbury Funeral Home on Main Street. Laura Fleury returned home to find her home ransacked and many items of value, both monetary and sentimental, gone.
