Dad Deals Drugs From Car As Daughter Sleeps In Backseat

As his four-year-old daughter slept just a few feet away in a car seat, a 23-year-old Lowell man is alleged to have been conducting drug deals from his car in the parking lot at Walmart. Joshua Sanchez, of 99 Orleans St., Apt 1, Lowell, was arrested by Tewksbury Police Thursday night and charged with distribution of a Class B substance (oxycodone), conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act, and possession of an electronic stun gun.
