Tewksbury Congregational Church Presents Students with Bibles

Youngsters given Bibles as part of Sunday School education program.

On Oct. 31, children in the 3 year old classroom and youth in the 3rd grade class were formally presented with age appropriate Bibles at Tewksbury Congregational Church as part for their Sunday School education.  Three year olds received a Bible Storybook with many familiar Biblical stories for them to enjoy at home with their families, while third graders received Bibles.  For no tuition charge, children at Tewksbury Congregational Church, meet in grade specific classrooms for an hour, where the topic to be taught is presented in story form.  This lesson is then reinforced through crafts, projects and activities.  Class enrollment remains open and ongoing throughout the year.
