Two Days Left To Enter For A Chance to Win $100,000 For Tewksbury Schools

Did you decorate your house for the holidays this year? Enter our "Deck the House" contest and you could win $100,000 for your local school district and $500 to pay your electric bills!

We’re launching our annual Deck the House Contest to find the most over-the-top holiday decorations in America—the best “decked” house in the country—the one home so spectacularly decorated that everyone in town jokes your holiday decorations could rival Rockefeller Center’s. And the Prize for Best Looking Pet Goes to ...

It was a close race, but one pet came away victorious.

More than 300 Patch readers had input and there were 249 submissions for the best looking pet in the area.  In the end, though, only one pet came away with the prize. Congratulations to Sweet D (pet #88, photo above) and to its owner for receiving the most votes (61) and being chosen by the Patch staff as the winner. We had just two readers who knew that the pumpkin we showed was part of a mural on the interior wall of the Tewksbury Community Food Pantry.
